Two floors, five bedrooms, three full baths. The main level keeps everyone together: an open kitchen with a quartz breakfast bar, a dining table that seats the whole group, and leather couches that can take sandy feet. The bedrooms run from a king master with its own bath to a striped sunroom lined with extra beds for the kids. There's a high chair on site, keypad entry, and enough room that nobody's on top of anyone.
